How do I sign up?

Great question! If you’re already an SIU student the process is very simple. Just contact your advisor and let them know that you want to sign up for the Ancient Practices minor. That’s it. Your advisor will help you figure out what classes you need and how they’ll fit with your schedule. It’s a good idea to contact us as well so that we can let you know if there are ever any changes, like new courses that you might be interested in, or any relevant events coming up.

If you're still wondering whether to become a Saluki, don't wait!  Contact the admissions office and they can get everything set up for you.  You can start working on your Ancient Practices minor from the minute you set foot on campus.  We're looking forward to working with you!

Do the classes I’ve already taken count?

If they’re Ancient Practices courses, absaluki! Lots of folks get interested in the program when they take one of the classes as part of their core curriculum requirements. Once you sign up, any relevant credits you’ve already accumulated automatically count. So chances are, you could already be well on your way!
